Mission

This committee coordinates all changes to the FCB Constitution and By-Laws and chapter By-Laws. The committee may compose or review, or if necessary, edit recommended changes to the FCB document which are presented to the convention for approval. Changes to chapter By-Laws are submitted to the committee for review before presentation to the Board for approval.

All new chapters must submit their Constitution and/or By-Laws for review and approval. All chapters must present their existing Constitution and/or By-Laws to the committee each year. This committee oversees the creation and modification of the FCB Policy Manual which is given to the Board members of each chapter.

The Manual should remain in the possession of each successive Board member representing the chapter.
