Executive Committee Meeting Minutes
June 13, 2025

President Mikey Wiseman called the meeting to order at 05:30 PM on June 13, 2025.
Present were President Mikey Wiseman; 1st Vice President, Cassandra Jessie; 2nd Vice President, Shelley Sawyer; Recording Secretary, Elizabeth Bowden; and Treasurer, Mark Lear.  Immediate Past President, Sheila Young was excused.  
Administrative Assistant Kati Lear joined the meeting as a guest.

FCB has received a code of ethics complaint.  The code of conduct committee was formed, and they met and reviewed the complaint.  They decided that we should replicate any decision made by ACB should have like treatment from FCB.  It was decided that the member will be suspended from the FCB discussion list for 1 (one) year.  It was decided that we will send the individual who will be suspended a decision via telephone call followed by an email.  Shelley Sawyer will notify the individual.  

The meeting was adjourned at 05:50 PM.
