Submitting Material for Publication in the White Cane Bulletin

Articles for the White Cane Bulletin must be submitted to Sally Benjamin no later than the 15th of the month before it is published. Sally’s email is:

If you do not have access to a computer or email, please find someone in your chapter to help you submit material. We want to hear from all wishing to contribute to our newsletter. If you cannot find a way to submit your article, please call Sally at 850-422-7752 and she will assist you.

Articles published in The White Cane Bulletin are in compliance with Public Law No. 104197, Copyright Law Amendment of 1996. This law allows authorized entities to distribute copies of previously published non-dramatic literary works in specialized formats, including braille, audio, or digital text that are exclusively for use by blind people or those with disabilities. Any further distributing of such articles in other than a specialized format is an infringement of copyright.
