RANDOLPH-SHEPPARD VENDORS OF FLORIDA
Blind Businessmen and Businesswomen Building a Better America!
The Randolph-Sheppard Vendors of Florida (RSVF) is an affiliate of Florida Council of the Blind (FCB) and Randolph-Sheppard
Vendors of America (RSVA), though not currently an active group. Their goal is to promote the general welfare of blind
vendors statewide who are engaged in the operating of vending machine operations, cafeterias, military troop dining
contracts, snack bars, gift shops and other retail businesses. They and their national sister organization are committed to
improving economic opportunities for blind vendors and managers.
