President, Paul Edwards called the meeting to order immediately following the convention meeting at 11:18 a.m. Roll call revealed a quorum. Newly elected President Edwards talked about his plans for the future in FCB. They include continuing the monthly Executive Committee and Presidents’ meetings; partnering with other organizations to develop legislation initiatives which will help us and honestly assessing the effectiveness of FAASB’s Vision Summit. He invited all Board members to contact him with their preferences about serving on committees.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:46 a.m.
